Do I keep my domain?
Yes. Your domain stays yours. If you do not have one, we can help you register it in your name.
What happens to my website if I cancel?
Your domain stays yours either way. If you want to keep the website itself, you can take ownership of it for a one-time $199 transfer fee. Otherwise, hosting, text-back, and the tools we provide stop at the end of your paid month.
Is the $397 setup fee refundable?
Yes, fully, any time before your site launches. Once your site is live, the setup fee is non-refundable.
What is the founding rate?
Our first 3 founding shops get $0 down and $97/month for their first 12 months, then move to standard pricing. In return, we ask for an honest review once your site is live and permission to show your site as an example of our work.
How does missed-call text-back work?
If you miss a call to your business number, the caller automatically gets a text from your business so you can follow up. Setup depends on your phone setup and carrier rules; we walk you through it.
Will this help me on Google?
We tune up your Google Business Profile and build your site with local search basics in mind. We cannot promise rankings, and anyone who does is guessing.
Will I lose my Google rankings if I already have a site?
When we replace an existing site, we carry over your important pages and redirects so you do not lose what you have already earned.
Can you work with my current logo and brand?
