This Privacy Policy explains how Mellow Water LLC, doing business as HomeServ Sites ("HomeServ Sites," "we," "us"), collects and uses information through homeservsites.com and the Services we provide to our clients.

- Client account information: billing details (processed by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers), and access details you share so we can set up your site and Google Business Profile.
- Automatic information: basic technical data when you visit our site, such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring site, collected through cookies and similar tools.
2. Information we process for our clients
When we run websites, booking forms, missed-call text-back, and review tools for our clients, we process information about their customers (for example a caller's phone number or a form submission). We process that information on our client's behalf and only to provide the Services to that client. If you are a customer of one of our clients, please contact that business directly with privacy questions; we will help them respond.

We do not sell personal information. We share information only with:
- Service providers who help us operate (for example hosting, email, phone and SMS providers, analytics, and payment processing), under appropriate confidentiality terms
