We want this to be simple and fair. Here is how refunds and cancellations work at HomeServ Sites.
1. Free preview: nothing to refund
Your preview is built before you pay or sign anything. If you do not like it, you walk away and owe nothing.
2. 7-day launch guarantee
After you approve your preview, we will make your site live within 7 calendar days. If we miss that deadline, your first month's fee is waived. If it was already charged, we refund it in full. Delays caused by missing access or information from you, changes you request after approval, or third-party outages do not count against the 7 days. (See Terms of Service, Section 3.)
3. Month to month, cancel anytime
All plans are month to month with no long-term contract. To cancel, let us know before your next billing date by emailing info@spread-social.com or by calling (801) 696-8158. Your cancellation takes effect at the end of your current paid month, and you will not be charged again.
4. Monthly fees
Monthly fees are billed in advance and are not prorated or refunded for partial months after your site is live, except as described in the 7-day launch guarantee above or where required by law.
5. Setup fee (Plan B only)
The $397 setup fee is charged when you approve your preview and choose Plan B.
- The setup fee is fully refundable at any time before your site launches, whether you cancel or we are unable to launch it.
- Once your site is live, the setup fee is non-refundable.
6. Founding rate
The founding rate ($0 down, $97/month for the first 12 months, then standard pricing) is month to month like every other plan. You can cancel anytime. If you cancel, the founding rate ends and is not available again.
7. What happens when you cancel
- Your domain stays yours. We will help you point it elsewhere.
- Hosting, missed-call text-back, the booking form, and monthly reports stop at the end of your paid month.
- On request, we will send you the content you gave us (logo, photos, business info).
- If you want to keep the website itself, you can take ownership of it for a one-time $199 transfer fee.
8. Billing errors
If you think you were charged by mistake, contact us within 30 days and we will make it right.
9. Add-ons
Optional add-ons (such as AI receptionist or local ads) are also month to month unless agreed otherwise in writing. Ad spend paid to ad platforms is non-refundable by us once spent.
